    Wolf Parade History

Formed in 2003 in Montreal, Quebec, Wolf Parade emerged as a defining band of the early 2000s indie rock scene. Comprised of Spencer Krug and Dan Boeckner, alongside bassist Arcade Fire's Tim Kingsbury and drummer Hadji Bakara, the band quickly gained attention for their eclectic sound that fuses post-punk and art-rock influences. Their debut album, "Apologies to the Queen Mary," released in 2005, was met with critical acclaim and included standout tracks like "I'll Believe in Anything" and "Dear Sons and Daughters of Hungry Ghosts." Following their initial success, they released several more albums, such as "At Mount Zoomer" (2008) and "Expo 86" (2010), further solidifying their place in the indie rock pantheon. After a hiatus after their fourth album, the band reunited in 2016 and released "Cry Cry Cry," marking a new chapter in their storied career. Their concerts have always been known for their high energy and engaging performances, drawing loyal fans eager to experience their unique sound live on stage.
