Thrice is an American rock band that formed in 1998 in Irvine, California. The band originally consisted of Dustin Kensrue (lead vocals, guitar), Teppei Teranishi (guitar, backing vocals), Eddie Breckenridge (bass guitar, backing vocals), and Riley Breckenridge (drums). Known for their eclectic sound that blends post-hardcore, alternative rock, and experimental music, Thrice gained a significant following during the early 2000s with the release of albums such as 'The Illusion of Safety' (2002) and 'Vheissu' (2005).
