    About Shearling

Currently, Shearling is on their 'Chasing the Horizon' tour, which kicked off in early 2023. The tour features a series of concerts across North America and Europe, bringing together old fans and new audiences alike. With additional traction from their latest single 'Liquid Gold,' which has been a hit on various streaming playlists, tickets for their concerts are selling out rapidly. They’ve partnered with local charities at each concert to give back to the communities they perform in, which has further endeared them to their audiences.

Upcoming events include a headlining show at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, which promises to be a milestone for the band. Moreover, they are set to perform at the prestigious Glastonbury Festival later this summer, which is expected to elevate their profile on an international level. Fans can anticipate a mix of classic hits alongside new tracks during their performances, all while benefiting from enhanced production elements such as stunning light shows and interactive crowd experiences. Shearling’s current set lists reflect their growth as musicians and their commitment to delivering heartfelt performances that resonate with their audience. As they continue on this tour, the band's journey remains one of creativity, connection, and celebration of music in its truest form.

    Shearling History

Shearling is an indie rock band that emerged from the vibrant music scene of the late 2010s. Formed in 2017, the band consists of four members: Alex Greene (vocals and guitar), Tanya Wells (bass), Leo Martinez (drums), and Sam Li (keyboard and backing vocals). Their debut EP, 'Echoes of Tomorrow,' was released in 2018 and quickly gained traction on streaming platforms, showcasing their unique blend of melodic guitar riffs and introspective lyrics. They drew inspiration from iconic bands such as Radiohead and The National, crafting a sound that resonates with themes of nostalgia and modern existentialism.

As they built their reputation through captivating live performances, Shearling took to the stage at local venues, steadily growing a fervent fan base. Their first major concert was in 2019 at the renowned The Bowery Ballroom in New York City. The performance was met with enthusiastic applause, highlighting their electric stage presence and ability to connect deeply with audiences. Over the next few years, they participated in various music festivals, including SXSW and Lollapalooza, further establishing their credibility in the concert circuit.

The band released their first full-length album in 2020, titled 'Reflections in the Rain,' which solidified their status in the indie music landscape. The album was well-received by critics and fans alike, earning spots in various ’best of’ lists and propelling them toward larger venues and tours around the country. Their music remains a staple at indie music festivals, where audience members eagerly await their performances, often resulting in sold-out crowds.
