Princeton Tigers Hockey History
The Princeton Tigers men's ice hockey team, representing Princeton University, has a storied history dating back to its inception in 1898. As one of the oldest collegiate hockey programs in the United States, the Tigers have developed a rich tradition in the sport. The team competes in the NCAA Division I as a member of the ECAC Hockey conference. Over the years, Princeton has produced numerous talented players who have gone on to play professionally, including in the NHL.
