    iDKHOW History

iDKHOW, short for 'I Don’t Know How But They Found Me,' is an American musical duo formed in 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah, by Dallon Weekes and Ryan Seaman. The duo emerged from the ashes of Weekes's previous band, Panic! At The Disco, where he served as a bassist and songwriter. iDKHOW's unique sound blends elements of pop, rock, and new wave, characterized by catchy melodies and nostalgic vibes reminiscent of the 1980s. Their music often explores themes of existentialism and self-reflection, resonating with a diverse audience. The duo gained early attention with their debut single 'Choke,' released in 2018, which showcased their signature style and lyrical depth. Following this, they released their EP '1981 Extended Play,' which included hits like 'Do It All The Time' and 'Nobody Likes the Opening Band.' iDKHOW quickly built a reputation for their engaging live performances, combining theatrical elements with a high-energy atmosphere. Over the years, they've played at various festivals, including Lollapalooza and Reading and Leeds, gaining a loyal fanbase. Their innovative approach to music and performance has set them apart in the modern music landscape, allowing them to carve out a unique niche in the industry.
