    Fiddlehead History

    Fiddlehead, formed in 2018, is an American post-hardcore band based in Boston, Massachusetts. The band consists of members from various other influential bands, including vocalist Nick Hamm, guitarist Alex Rosen, bassist and vocalist Jaycen McGowan, and drummer Kyle D. The band's name, inspired by the young, coiled fronds of ferns, symbolizes growth and the band’s desire to explore new musical territories. They quickly garnered attention with their emotive and melodic approach to hardcore, blending elements of punk rock and indie rock. Their debut album, 'Springtime,' released in 2020, showcased their talent for intricate instrumentation paired with heartfelt lyrics, resonating deeply with fans of the genre.
