Katt Williams’ comic style has often been compared to that of comedy legend, Richard Pryor. Both have had a troubled personal life and both are known to touch upon sensitive topics such as racism, politics and African American culture in their comic routines.

Williams’ legal troubles and other controversial wild behavior have not affected his fan following in any way. Fans still show up in large numbers every time he hits the stage. The proud father of eight (seven of which are adopted children) has a love for fashion and never fails to make a style statement.

Over the past one year, Katt Williams has immersed himself in various projects. These include upcoming movies such as Father Figures with Owen Wilson and Ed Helm as well as the Meet The Blacks sequel The House Next Door alongside Mike Epps.

His Great America Tour in 2017 has met a tremendous response and fans can’t wait for the comedian’s performances in 2018. Williams will be making a return to the Park Theatre at Monte Carlo Resort coming January.

The 46-year old Teen Choice Award nominee uses humor to stir conversations on important topics. He believes that one can find humor in the worst of circumstances. As he puts it in his own words, “That's what God created humor to be. Life can be difficult and dangerous and stressful and all of those things, but comedy is the great mediator. No matter how serious the conversations are, there is humor in the discussion. … It's really comedy that allows the discourse to go further than, 'I'm angry, and you're angry’ or ‘I’m sad, and you’re sad.” This positive approach is reflected in Williams’ own life as well as comic routines.
