Sorry, there are no events.

Although it opened its doors on April Fool's Day in 1994, Globe Life Park (Formerly Rangers Ballpark) in Arlington is anything but a joke. This monumental event marked the beginning of a long baseball legacy that continues to this day. Formerly known as Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Major League Baseball's Texas Rangers have proudly called this field theirs since that day. This beautiful baseball-only park is the heart of a 270-acre complex that has made Arlington, Texas the destination that it is today. Globe Life Park in Arlington is not just a part of baseball history "it is an essential piece of the Southwest's rich cultural tradition."

Globe Life Park in Arlington was constructed during the 'retro' boom of the 1990s and early 2000s. While Ranger Ballpark in Arlington certainly does have some timeless, traditional aesthetics, like a granite and brick facade, an asymmetrical field, a home run porch in right field, and exposed steel design, it is also a state-of-the-art facility that boasts a plethora of modern features and amenities in addition to its 49,115 seats. This is truly a field that will please baseball purists without alienating first-timers.

Even though it is a comparatively young field, Globe Life Park in Arlington has already hosted some truly monumental events in baseball history. In 1995, it was the site of the MLB All-Star Game, bringing in baseball fans from all over the globe to see the best players in the league. Games 3, 4, and 5 of both the 2010 and 2011 World Series games were also held at Globe Life Park in Arlington. There is no doubt that this stadium will continue to play a prominent role in baseball's future. Dont miss out on you chance to be a part of baseball history with a pair of Rangers tickets.
