Unfortunately for Atlanta Falcons ticket buyers, the team’s 2014 season opened with playoff aspirations and ‘Hard Knocks’ attention, but ended in Week 17 with a elimination loss on their home field at the Georgia Dome. Head coach Mike Smith has been axed and Dan Quinn is the new guy in charge. He was the architect of the Super Bowl winning ‘Legion of Boom’ as the defensive coordinator of the Seattle Seahawks. Now he’ll try to construct a world class D in the ATL to go with the high powered offense provided by quarterback Matt Ryan and wide receivers Julio Jones and Roddy White.
The Falcons play their home games in the historic Georgia Dome, a monument of the Peach State and a home to Final Fours, the 1996 Summer Olympics, legendary concerts, and even a couple Super Bowls. The team will only be setting up residence here for two more seasons. In 2017 they’ll be headed to a brand new arena to call their own. So that makes getting out to the Dome all the more essential in 2015.
Things to like about the Georgia Dome? How about an eclectic and diverse concessions menu, a prime location in downtown Atlanta, a dedicated and loud gameday fan base, and a big return on investment given the relatively cheap price of tickets and parking compared to many other metro NFL stadiums. And nowhere will those tickets be cheaper than here at ScoreBig.com.
