The rapper G-Eazy really knows how to put on a good show, something he’s learned to do for years as a YouTube artist. G-Eazy connected with fans online long before he was signed to a record label and he maintains that same kind of intimate connection with them in person, on stage, and in real life. His stage set up is minimalist, he relies mostly on himself to provide the entertainment. But he delivers the hits his fans want to hear in more ways than one. G-Eazy might take a hit of marijuana on stage, to the sound of cheers, before launching into a track about doing exactly that. Don’t be surprised if you end up covered in confetti, as the shows are known to end in an explosion of the stuff. The crowd is made up of mostly college-age and 20-somethings who relate to G-Eazy’s message of partying and having a good time. He’s a strong performer, too. The show has the feel of a “you had to be there” house party. Expect a lot of dancing, drinking, and crowd surfing. If you’re looking for a good time, you won’t be disappointed by a G-Eazy show.
